Having problems logging in?

If you are being taken back to the login page every time you enter your login information, please follow the following steps to correct the problem.

Step 1: Browser Version

Please check your browser version to make sure that it is Firefox, Internet Explorer 6.0, or better. The system doesn't work on older browsers which don't support JavaScript and cookies. If this doesn't fix the problem, proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Security Software

Some security software like Norton Internet Security block cookies on your browser. Please make sure that http://pglms-demo.k12.com/ is added to the safe list.
